We are known for our strong craftsmanship and technical expertise and right now we are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our Copenhagen office and have a key position in optimizing our IT infrastructure.

You will become a part of our IT Team and our day-to-day operations with tasks such as setting up infrastructure, maintenance and support tasks in relation to our approx. 90 employees.

We expect you have at least 3+ years of experience from similar positions and a relevant education.

Kraftvaerk was established in 2004. Today we are approximately 90 colleagues and have offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsinki, and Lisbon.

Your primary areas of responsibility

Together with your colleagues in the IT team you will be responsible for the IT operations and making sure we have a modern IT workplace. You and the team will be responsible for providing a service that matches our employees’ IT needs and will be working on a wide range of tasks - reporting to the team lead in the IT department.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Ensuring a smooth and modern IT workplace environment
• Setup and maintenance of infrastructure – both on-premise and in Azure
• Operational tasks related to our own and customers' Azure environments
• Management of permissions and accesses - including creation, allocation, and termination of user rights, etc.
• Assistance on troubleshooting and completing incoming requests and workflows.
• Participate in setting up automation and optimizing workflows
• Participating in project work in the IT department and implementation of systems
• Making sure documentation and guides are kept up to date
• Daily tasks in the IT team

What do we expect of you?

As a system administrator, you will, in close collaboration with other colleagues in our IT Team, help maintain and further develop our IT infrastructure and continuously implement initiatives that support Kraftvaerk's desire for effective collaboration across departments and countries. It requires good planning skills and motivating behavior.

We expect that you:

Have a relevant IT education such as e.g. computer scientist and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with IT infrastructure management

• Have previous experience as a system administrator, with responsibility for infrastructure and operations

• Have experience working with VMware, Veeam and Fortinet
• Have experience with IT support tasks and processes
• You are structured and have good planning skills
• You are outgoing and service-minded
• Have good communication skills
• You are punctual

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Modern Workplace
• Microsoft Dev Box
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Azure Tenant / subscription creation, access management and Logging
