You’ll step in as Senior React Native Developer with full ownership of our mobile app — collaborating closely with our backend and product teams and reporting directly to the Tech Lead. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the product and driving the technical direction of our mobile experience.

The Role

• Lead the continued development and optimization of our TypeScript React Native app for performance, stability, and usability.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers on our Laravel API and AWS setup to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

• Implement new features and UI improvements in line with product and design goals.

• Identify and solve performance and scalability issues across the mobile stack.

• Participate in 6-week Shape-Up cycles with the product and leadership team.

• Share knowledge, contribute to code reviews, and help raise the bar for engineering excellence.

What we’re looking for

We care about your attitude and drive as we do about your CV. You don’t need to tick every box – what matters is that you bring clarity, ownership, and energy to the team.

• Strong experience with React Native and the React ecosystem.

• Proven ability to build and maintain high-quality, performant mobile apps.

• Experience integrating with REST APIs (Laravel backend experience is a plus).

• Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.

• Bonus: experience with Laravel/PHP or Vue.js.

• Most importantly: you take initiative, enjoy solving complex problems, and love building great products together.
